How do I log into TikTok if I forgot my password and email?
To do this when you aren't already logged in:
- Tap Sign up.
- Tap Log in at the bottom of the page.
- Select Use phone / email / username.
- Choose Email / Username.
- Tap Forgot password?
- Choose to reset password with Phone number or Email.
How do I access my old TikTok account?
Open the TikTok app, tap the profile icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, and tap "Sign up." On the bottom of the screen, you will see a banner that says "Already have an account?" with a "Log in" option. Tap "Log in." Select "Use phone/email/username" and log in with your account information.
