Inherent to Merino, it is expensive but is an all-around, quality top. It does great resort skiing, fall backpacking, and spring climbing. It's warm enough to be worn in cold weather but is light enough not to cause you to overheat in cool to warm conditions.

Kiwi merino clothing company Icebreaker has been sold for $288 million, according to the Overseas Investment Office (OIO) decision released today. VF Corporation, the owner of The North Face, Vans and Timberland brands, bought the business in November last year for an undisclosed sum.
