How do I download my IKEA Family card?
You can access your digital card either in store at an IKEA Family digital screen, by using your online profile or if you receive an IKEA Family newsletter you will find your digital card there too. It usually takes a few weeks for a new card to be delivered to you. You can request a new card by contacting us.
How do I find my IKEA Family number?
Once you become an IKEA Family member, you can get your digital card in three ways.
- Open any e-mail from IKEA Family and scroll to the bottom to find your card.
- Send SMS to 56767165 with the message GET CARD from your registered mobile number to get your IKEA Family card number.
How do I link my IKEA Family card to my account?
If you would like a digital card, you can add your IKEA Family card to your Apple or Android mobile wallet from any IKEA Family email. Visit www.ikea-usa.com/lookup on a mobile device or scan a QR code at checkout, enter the requested information, and you'll receive a digital version of your card.
Can I order from IKEA online?
On IKEA's website, most items have an option to buy online. (Some seasonal or special edition items won't be available for delivery.) When you go to check out, you can choose delivery or Click & Collect, where you order online and then pick up the items at the store.
Can you call IKEA to order?
For time sensitive inquiries, we recommend calling our IKEA US Customer Support Center at 1-888-888-4532. We may be able to place a new order and deliver them together but are unable to guarantee the deliveries will occur on the same day.
