We struggled to make it look clean and the IT was a bit more work than we anticipated. Generally, we rely on customer feedback when we make product changes and we received very few comments on our format.

Our offer—taken or not—would not, on its own, result in anyone losing power. And second, we never said we were heroes.

Customers get power from power plants when power is produced. How much we buy affects what we pay, but has nothing to do w/ the supply.
