How do I access my Insteon camera?

Getting Started
  1. Connect the ethernet cable to your router and plugin the power adapter. You can disconnect the ethernet cable after setup is complete.
  2. Connect the cables to your camera.
  3. Open the Insteon for Hub app and select Add a Camera. Insteon cameras require Insteon Hub.

How to reset an Insteon camera?

Step 1: On the bottom of the camera locate the hole in the bottom of the camera marked RESET. Step 2: Using a paperclip or similar object to press an hold the RESET button for 30 seconds. Step 3: The camera will start to pan and tilt within 30 seconds of the reset. Step 4 Wait 90 seconds before beginning again.

How do I set up my HD camera?

Select Next Select HD Camera Select Setup the HD Camera Press the Setup button on the HD Camera Enter your Wi-Fi password. Press the Setup button on the HD Camera Select OK Create a Login Password and select OK Enter a name for your mobile device and select OK. Select OK Select your HD camera to view it live.

Insteon has disappeared out of every brick and mortar store in Canada. BestBuy, Home Depot, Walmart, Costco, and many more have all dumped their products. There's no change in relationship with China. The only relationship they have is one where china makes the products they sell.

Does Insteon require a hub?

You can own Insteon products like the smart light switches, door locks, thermostats, keypads, motion sensors, and much more. Without the Insteon Hub, you can't control them from your phone, or through your Alexa, Google Home, and other voice assistants. Automating your home, won't be as beneficial without the Hub.

What is a Insteon device?

Insteon is a proprietary home automation (domotics) system that enables light switches, lights, thermostats, leak sensors, remote controls, motion sensors, and other electrically powered devices to interoperate through power lines, radio frequency (RF) communications, or both.
