How to login to interaction Desktop?
Log on to the CIC client before using the Microsoft Outlook Interaction Desktop Add-In. If you are not logged on, a Sign In button appears in the Interaction Desktop group. To sign in: In the Outlook Home tab, in the Interaction Desktop group, click the Sign In button.
