You can view your EI claim status and messages by selecting “View my status and correspondence”. It's only available for applications submitted after November 7, 2016.
Why can't I submit my EI report online?
If you can't transmit your report online or by phone, you must complete and mail a paper report. For each week of the report, you need to: indicate dates and hours worked and earnings before deductions, even if you'll be paid later. provide the contact information of any employers.
Will EI be extended again after September 2021?
The transition from old to new will take several years. In the meantime, implementing the EI changes committed in Budget 2021, including, for example, a permanent extension of EI sickness benefits to 26 weeks, will take the Government's full operational attention and capacity until mid to late 2022.

What is ESDC benefit payment Canada?
