Your Mailspring ID just syncs snooze / read receipts etc across installs and tracks usage (so we can ask you to upgrade if you use them often)

@MailspringApp @lukeflegg Hi - sorry for the delay! Unfortunately Mailspring doesn’t sync aliases from Gmail automatically. If you add your other sending addresses as “Aliases” in Preferences > Accounts you can select them when sending!

@MailspringApp @Syenta1 Mainspring shouldn’t ask for your admin password or present any UAC dialogs when you install it - it should run with your standard user permissions. (Through that may be full permissions if you’re logged in as an admin.) hope that helps!

On Windows Mailspring obeys “focus assist” (formerly quiet hours), but we actually play the sound separate from the notifications (since several notifs can appear back to back!) I’ll see if I can reproduce this and we’ll get it fixed if it’s not obeying the setting.
