Jio ID is a unique user identity which will enable you to log on to the suite of Jio apps and log into multiple devices using the same Jio ID. You can create Jio ID and Password with Download MyJio App or sign up from SMS that you have received on your mobile number.

How do I reset MyJio password?

Reset Jio Password through Jio website:
  1. Visit the Jio website.
  2. Head over to the Forgot Password page on the Jio website.
  3. Enter either your Jio ID, registered mobile number or registered email ID and click on Continue.
  4. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number/email ID.
  5. Enter the OTP in the given field.

How do I change MyJio username and password?

The user first needs to connect their JioFi router and open MyJio app on the smartphone. Tap on My Device section present at the bottom of the screen. From here, the user needs to click on setting icon at the top-right corner and further select the "Change Password" option mentioned below the SSID.
