How do I access my credit card online?
To access your credit card statement, you'll first have to create an online account via your card issuer's website. If you obtained a credit card through your current bank or credit union, your credit card account may be accessible through your existing online banking account.
How do I cancel my Kogan credit card?
Closing your account
You can request to close your account via your mobile app or online account. Login and go to Manage card > Select card > Account closure request. Alternatively you can call us on 1300 415 445 or +612 8288 2061, if you're overseas.
How do I activate Kogan credits?
Within the Kogan Money Credit Cards Mobile App, tap on the card image and the activation page will be displayed. Please enter the CVV number on the back of the card. Within your online account, select your card, then 'Manage Card', then 'Activate'. Follow the prompts to enter the CVV number on the back of the card.
