How do you set up Launtel?

Setup Instructions
Connect a laptop via the supplied ethernet cable to the DM200 yellow LAN socket. Disconnect any phone (DSL) cables. Power the device on and wait approximately 60 seconds for bootup to complete. Enter the default username & password (admin/password).

Undercut joints and oxidation of partially or even entirely exposed copper would be our hunch
