How do I log into CPOMS?
To log in using your Soft Key, firstly enter your email address, password and click 'Login'. Next, when prompted open up your CPOMS Authenticator App and press 'Send Code to CPOMS'. If you do not have access to the internet on the app device you can also manually type in the 6-digit number instead.
Can I access CPOMS from home?
Yes, CPOMS will work on any device with access to the internet. Non-key holding members of staff will simply need access to a device with an internet browser.
Who has access to CPOMS?
As a split site, three form entry primary school the CPOMS system is ideal for us. Every member of staff in school has access to the system, with different permission levels allowing us to control the level of access.
How does CPOMS Authenticator work?
Firstly, click on 'Add new device'. This will then bring up a QR code for you to scan within the CPOMS Authenticator App, by simply pointing the camera at the on screen QR code. Once you have scanned the QR code and it begins generating numbers, enter a name of your device, i.e. iPad/ My phone.
