Can I use Watson card for Touch n Go?

Is Watsons VIP Card, a Touch 'n Go card? Yes. The new Watsons VIP Card is also a Touch 'n Go card.

How do I register my Watsons Card at Touch n Go?

Log on to 'vip.watsons.com.my' and click the 'Activate Card' button. Once complete the online registration form, an SMS activation code will be sent to your registered mobile number. You will also be prompted to change your password to a new one that is personal & easier to remember.

How do I log into my Watson account?

Step 1: Mouse over to “Hello, Login?” and click on “Sign up/Activate card”. Step 2: Check box “Yes, activate / link my member card to start enjoy member offer & discount”. Step 3: Input your 11-digits card number and 6 digits initial password. Step 4: Follow on screen instructions.

Do I need to register Touch n Go card?

For refund purposes, you are required to register your card(s) online at MYTouchnGo portal. Unregistered cards are not entitled for refund.

How do I register my Watson Touch n Go card?

Log on to watsons.com.my and click on 'Activate Card'. It will require your card number and password. Complete the online registration form and you will receive an SMS activation code to your registered mobile number to complete your card activation.

How do I reactivate my touch and go card?

To receive a refund and terminate your expired Touch 'n Go card, please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on this link https://www.touchngo.com.my/erefund.
  2. You will be directed to “e-Refund” page. Fill in all required details.
  3. Please ensure your details are correct and click “Submit”.

How do I reload my touch and go card online?

No. The Touch 'n Go card is a Smartcard with a MIFARE chip, transactions can only take place upon contact with a card reader. Hence, reloading your TNG card via the eWallet is NOT possible.
