To activate a tracker that was purchased outside of Logistimatics.com, go here: www.logistimatics.com/activate. Once on the activation page, enter your tracker's serial number. Select a service option and checkout.
How do I reset my Logistimatics tracker?
You can find the serial number(s) associated with your account in the Logistimatics App. You can request a network reset for up to 3 trackers. The network reset must be performed from our side. Submitting this form will enter a support request to reset your tracker's connection as soon as possible.
