@Lookiero_uk @vikmayall Please note that you have overlooked an active order you left on your account. So that's also why the order was prepared and shipped. However, you can always reject the delivery and get it returned back to us. Upon receiving the parcel back, the styling fee is refunded.

In case the parcel was delivered ahead of schedule, it might take a few hours for it to be activated....
