How do I get into my cloud account?

To access files from any compatible web browser:
  1. Go to www.mycloud.com.
  2. Login with your MyCloud.com account credential.
  3. From the device listing menu, select your My Cloud device.
  4. Navigate and click on the file and folder to access your content.

How do I access my cloud dashboard?

To open the My Cloud web Dashboard:
  1. Windows: open a web browser and type in //devicename (or device IP address) to the web address bar.
  2. Mac OSX: open a web browser and type in //devicename. local (or device IP address) to the web address bar.

How much does Loopcloud cost per month?
