got a new iPhone 14 yesterday. The salesclerk transferred all my data. For some reason the email doesn't work on the new phone (it does work on my computer). I am repeatedly told "no password" or some other error message. I have been on the phone at least 5 hours with Apple, Verizon and midco. There is something that is preventing me from accessing the login and the password.

please help.
