You may reset your password at www.maxis.com.my, click 'Sign In', choose to sign in via email, and click 'Forgot password'. Alternatively, password reset can be done on Maxis app or Maxis Care. Just key in your email address at the login page, then click on 'Forgot' when password is required.

How do I connect my Fibre modem?

  1. Plug one end of the blue Fibre ethernet cable to the port labelled GE1/LAN1 on your Fibre box (ONT).
  2. Plug the other end of the blue Fibre ethernet cable to the Fibre port on your modem.
  3. Plug one end of the power supply into the Power port of your modem.
  4. Plug the other end into your wall power socket.
