How do I connect to my MCProHosting server?

To connect to your server using Steam:
  1. Log in to Steam on your computer/desktop.
  2. Once on Steam, at the top click View and then Servers.
  3. In the Servers area, click the Favorites tab.
  4. In the Favorites tab, click Add A Server.
  5. Enter the IP address of your desired server.

How do I cancel my free trial with MCProHosting?

Cancellation requests may also be submitted to [email protected] or via our contact form. The client will have the option to specify a cancellation at the end of the billing period for the service in question or, during some periods, immediate cancellation is offered.

MCProHosting. MCProHosting offers nine Minecraft server host plans, ranging from $9 a month for 1GB RAM and 25 player slots to $100 a month for 32GB RAM and unlimited player slots. Every plan includes unlimited storage space, worldwide server locations and DDoS protection.

Is MCProHosting free?

We offer a 7-day free trial of our Villager plan as well as a special deal on the Witch plan for only $1 for the first month! These options are available for new clients only.

Can you get a refund on MCProHosting?

Refund and Disputes
Servers are eligible for full refunds within one (1) twenty-four (24) hour day of the creation of the server in our database. This point is not marked by the time at which your initial payment is processed and may differ by several hours or days. Refunds cannot be requested without probable cause.

Does MCProHosting allow cracked?

Disabling online mode on a Minecraft server allows players in offline mode (sometimes known as cracked clients) to join a server. We do not endorse the use of these cracked clients as they can be highly unsafe for both the user and the server.

How do I cancel my subscription to MCProHosting?

To request a cancellation:
  1. To begin, go to your client area.
  2. In your client area, click "Services" and then "My Services".
  3. In your services, click the Active service you wish to cancel.
  4. On that service, click the red "End Subscription" button.
  5. You will be asked for your reason for canceling.
