Does Maryland have a prescription monitoring program PMP )?
The Prescription Drug Monitoring Program, or PDMP, was established to support healthcare providers and their patients in the safe and effective use of prescription drugs. The PDMP collects and securely stores information on drugs that contain controlled substances and are dispensed to patients in Maryland.
Can I see my Pdmp?
In 30 states, patients have the right to view their own PDMP record. Some states allow pharmacists and other licensed health care professionals as delegates to check the PDMP for the physician.
How do I register with Pdmp?
You can start the process by going to https://oag.ca.gov/cures click on the link PDMP Registration, then click on the link for Practitioner, and then follow the instructions to complete the application.
How do I get crisp access?
To apply, please have the following identifying information available:
- A personal e-mail address that only you access.
- A copy of your Driver's License, Employee ID, or Passport.
