How MediBuddy is used in TCS?

Login to t.medibuddy.in and select Claims >> Hospitalisation >> Reimbursement. Select the proper beneficiary and ensure you fill the required details. Scan and upload your documents for faster processing of your claim. Please retain the scanned / photocopies of your documents for future reference.

How do I check my Medi Assist balance?

All you need to do is follow a few simple steps:
  1. Download the MediBuddy app.
  2. Click the 'Claims' tile.
  3. Search for your claim number and click 'details' adjacent to the claim number to view the claim status.
  4. You can alternately use your mobile browser to log into the MediBuddy portal and track your claim.
