How do I log into MediBuddy?

Introduction to MediBuddy Portal
1. Go to https://portal.medibuddy.in from your web browser. Sign in with your username and password. For example, if your employee ID is 123456, your username would be 123456@IBM and if Page 10 your date of birth is 30-November-2014, your initial password would be 30112014123456.

How do I update my MediBuddy profile?

Enrollment in Three Simple Steps through the MediBuddy app!
  1. On the MediBuddy app, click the Enrolment tile.
  2. Review your information and click Modify enrolment.
  3. Edit/Add beneficiaries and click Confirm.

How do you use the MediBuddy portal?

You can log on to MediBuddy app >> click the e-cashless tile >> fill the form and apply for the planned hospitalization. You can download the E-Card. Enter the details of the impending hospitalization and send your intimation at least 72 hours before the admission date.

What is Medi Assist User ID?

Your eCard identifies you as a Medi Assist member who can avail Cashless facilities at a Network Hospital.
