- Select the flight you wish to redeem.
- Redeem > Choose to pay in full Points or use Points & Cash for your flight.

How can I check my flight ticket online?
Step 1: Visit the online check-in page of the respective airline. Step 2: Enter your surname and booking reference/PNR to initiate your check-in. Step 3: Select the passengers you'd like to check in. You may be asked to enter advance passenger information if required by the destination country.

Can we cancel flight ticket?
If your travel plans have changed, you can cancel your booking. Based on the cancellation and refund rules attached to your fares, the refund will be processed if you have purchased your ticket on a refundable fare. If you've purchased a non-refundable ticket, only the non airline taxes will be refunded.
