What is SmartHub coop?
SmartHub allows you to manage all aspects of your Energy Cooperative account. Use SmartHub to check your energy usage; pay your bill (or set up autopay); and report outages and service issues. You can also check your service status to verify we know about an issue you are experiencing real time.
Is SmartHub app safe?
Is the App secure? Yes! All critical information is encrypted in every transaction run and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. Mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for Apps installed on the device.
How do I log into SmartHub?

Where can I pay my Berkeley electric bill?
Payments can be made over the phone through the Co-op's Interactive Voice Recognition system (IVR) at 1-877-853-6731. A Berkeley Electric Cooperative account number and credit/debit card or checking information is all that is needed.
