How does MoveSpring app work?
A person accumulates steps by walking or any other activity. The fitness tracker's sensor records this data in real-time, but the data stays local on the device. The fitness tracker will background sync the activity data to the device app on your phone (i.e. the Fitbit app) at various intervals.

How do I sync MoveSpring?
To sync to MoveSpring, you just need to open your MoveSpring app and wait to see a 'Last synced:' message to confirm that you've synced. We recommend syncing by opening the MoveSpring app at least once a day during your challenge.
How does MoveSpring track steps?
MoveSpring pulls step data from your device's cloud, not the device directly. Please check make sure your steps are updated in the app you are using to sync your steps (i.e. Apple Health, Fitbit, Google Fit). Your device's app must be synced before your steps will update in MoveSpring.
How do I sync my Fitbit with MoveSpring?
To do this: open your device app on your phone. For example, open the Fitbit app. Pull down the screen to refresh (touch the top of the screen and drag your finger down) and this will push your data into the Fitbit cloud. Next, open the MoveSpring app and your steps will sync.
Does MoveSpring work with Samsung health?
