One of the mods eventually told me the account numbers are not in your profile online at Chatr and that to get your account number you need to call Chatr. I called Chatr support at 1-800-485-9745.

Why is My chatr SIM card not working?
If you cannot use your chatr data on your own phone or having issues, you will need to update your APN settings. If you have an iPhone/iPad: For some iOS versions, you can view the APN settings on your device in Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network and change it to chatrweb.
How do I get My chatr username and password?
