What is CII qualification equivalent to?

This is equivalent to the Certificate of Higher Education/HNC. Another version of the CII designation is available to claims practitioners who have completed the relevant examinations and who are members of the Faculty of Claims. Qualified members who have completed a Certificate level qualification.

How do I contact the CII?

How long does it take to become CII qualified?

Specific study time guidelines are provided for each unit on its webpage and in the CII qualifications brochure. The notional Ofqual 'Total Qualification Time' for this qualification is 160 hours. This represents the time a student might typically take to complete the qualification by the shortest combination of units.
