I've recently reset my password, which your site refuses to recognize, and keeps locking my account. My wife and I are booked on your cruise on Silver Nova from New York to Barbados departing November 18 and are trying to complete the required passenger information. We also have received no information about what pier the ship departs from and when embarkation starts and when the ship departs. Our booking number is 547737-23. Please help. Many silver sea lines come up from all kinds of business wanting to gain info on us. We click on them because my Silversea is promised, but not from Silversea. We are booked on the Silver Moon in early
August from South Hampton to Lisbon. There should be only 1 website for my Silversea.

My wife Deborah L Hedges, along with George & Sally Phelps are fully paid for a cruise on the Silver Whisper,. embark 8/24/2023 and debark 8/31/2023. I want to book excursions and apparently I need a new password and I have tried everything and we can't open the account. Our travel agent wants to help but we need to resolve the user/password issue. I am becoming very frustrated and hope someone can help!
My voyage is WH23o824007. Booking # is 220627-23

When I log in my booking is displayed , when I try to book activities it takes me to someone else’s bookings for a different cruise.
I am unable to reserve any tours etc. But alarmingly can access someone else’s booking details .

Tried to login and password not accepted.
Choose forgot password even though I had not and was sent a link to change password.
I did this and the change was accepted.
Tried to login again with new password but old password kept appearing and still not accepted. Tried several times being asked to wait fifteen minutes for security each time.

My partner, Louise Nykamp, and I have booked on the Silver Moon Med. trip in October of this year. Our booking number is:207924-22 and the mail address you have is:
[email protected]. We have tried to log in several times but it states that the booking number does not match the mail address.?!

Please explain what we should now do to access our excursion bookings which we made some time ago.

The agent set up this account. He specified the user name and password. I confirmed all steps and he said call after midnight, Dec. 8. I tried to get in to the account at 10:00 am and it did not work!
