Is MyChartPLUS different from MyChart?
MyChartPLUS also allows you to connect to a MyChart account that you may have set-up at another healthcare organization. The links are there for your convenience only. You may also access your MyChartPLUS account and the information within your account via a third-party application (app) of your choosing.
How do I create a MyChart Plus account?
Here's how to connect:
- Sign up in any Hartford HealthCare office during your visit.
- Use the MyChartPLUS activation code provided in your After Visit Summary (AVS) to sign up on MyChartPlus.org.
- Ask reception for your choice of an email or letter with an activation code and instructions.
How do I get an activation code for MyChartPLUS?
You will receive an activation code in your mail or email within a week. If you have any questions or if you do not receive your activation code, call customer service.
Is there an app for MyChartPLUS?
Android OS
Android 4.4. 2 or higher is required to access MyChartPLUS on the web browser. Android 5.0 or higher is required to use the MyChart Mobile app. MyChart mobile version 9.1 or higher is required to use the MyChart Mobile app.
