How do I check my balance on my TARC card?

Tap your MyTARC card on the fare box. Your fare will automatically be deducted and the card balance will be displayed on the screen. Each time you tap, the fare box will display your remaining balance and digital-transfer timestamp.

How much does TARC3 cost?

A TARC3 driver will escort you 'door-to-door' on both ends of your trip. The fare one-way is $3, round trip is $6.

How do you pay for the bus in Louisville Ky?

As you board the bus, pay your fare by tapping your MyTARC card on the designated spot on the top of the farebox or by inserting the exact cash fare in the slots atop the farebox. After paying your fare, please sit in an available seat and remain seated until the bus comes to a complete stop.

How much does it cost to ride the bus in Louisville Kentucky?

Cash fare for a single ride will remain $1.75, but drivers will no longer provide paper transfer tickets. If using cash, the new fare boxes will accept exact fare only. Single ride express route fares will cost $2.50 with a MyTARC card and $2.75 with cash.
