How do I check my balance on my NatWest credit card?
You can use our Mobile App or Online Banking to check your credit card balance wherever you are. Just head to the "Account summary" page within the "Personal accounts" table alongside your credit card number.
How do I access my credit card online?
To access your credit card statement, you'll first have to create an online account via your card issuer's website. If you obtained a credit card through your current bank or credit union, your credit card account may be accessible through your existing online banking account.
How do I change my direct debit on my NatWest credit card?
- Log into Online Banking.
- Once logged in, head to 'Payments and transfers' in the left-hand menu.
- Select 'Manage Direct Debits' from the 'Direct Debits' section.
- This will take you to your existing Direct Debits where you can view and cancel them. It's that easy.
