If you're registered for Online Banking, you can log in to your account and check the balance there. You'll find your mortgage in the list of accounts displayed on your Online Banking homepage.
Can I see my NatWest mortgage statement online?
Yes, once your mortgage has completed you can go online and sign in to view your mortgage information. To log in you'll need your mortgage account number, surname, date of birth and mortgaged property postcode.

Probably the simplest way to find out how much is left on your mortgage is to check your mortgage statement. Look for an item labeled "principal balance." That's how much you actually owe, and the interest you pay is charged on that amount.

To log in:

- Enter your customer number or card number and select 'Log in'.
- You'll be asked for three random characters from both your PIN and password. Type this then press 'Next'.
