How do I get a NatWest Adapt account?
To apply for an Adapt account you need to be aged 11 to 17 years old and permanently resident in the UK. If you're aged 11-15, you'll need to apply with a parent or guardian who has a current account with us. If you're aged 16-17, you can open this account online yourself.
How do I cancel a direct debit NatWest Adapt account?

- Log in to your Mobile Banking app.
- Select the account that the direct debit is set up against.
- Select the 'Direct debits' section.
- Select the direct debit you want cancelled.

How do I login to NatWest?
To log in:
- Go to Online Banking.
- Enter your customer number or card number and select 'Log in'.
- You'll be asked for three random characters from both your PIN and password. Type this then press 'Next'.
- If you're asked for a one-time passcode, have your mobile phone or card reader handy.
Why can't I access NatWest online?
Please ensure you are using an up to date and fully supported browser to use Online Banking. Make sure you have cleared temporary internet files and cookies and your browser has extensions and add-ons disabled. If needed, also try restarting your device and router, and try a wired connection.
