Can I check the status of my baggage online? Currently, this option is not offered on southwest.com. To check the status of your lost/delayed baggage, please call 1-888-202-1024, and a representative will provide you with a current status.
How do I track my checked baggage?
Visit your airline's website and go to the “Tracked Baggage” page. Sign into your account on your airline's website, and go to the “Baggage” section of the website. Then, click on “Track Checked Baggage.”
What is a file ID for Southwest Airlines?
All passengers 18 years of age and older must show a state or federally-issued photo identification to pass through security checkpoints. Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, driver's license, military ID or permanent resident card.
