How do I log into my pension account?
- Visit the official portal of NSDL NPS at www.npscra.nsdl.co.in.
- Click on the button “Open your NPS Account/Contribute Online.”
- Click on the button titled “ Login with PRAN/IPIN”.
- Now, you will be taken to the log-in screen.
- Click on the link “Password for e NPS” to generate a new password.

Can I take money out of my now pension?
You can take some or all your pension savings with us as cash. You can either take cash in chunks, or take all your pension savings at once. You have complete freedom to use the cash in any way you want. The only thing you can't do is put it back into a pension.
How do I opt out of now pension?
You can opt out using your member account at nowgatewayx.com. You'll need your NOW: Pensions contract ID and date of birth to activate your account if you haven't already done this. Log in to your account, select your job contract on the dashboard and select 'Opt out' to start the process.
Where can I find my contract number for NOW: Pensions?
If you've started work with an employer that uses our Scheme as its workplace pension, you'll get an email or letter explaining how to set up your online member account. This will have your NOW: Pensions contract ID, which is usually four letters plus 12 digits (for example, NPLT 0000-0000-0000).
How does now pension work?
You pay contributions to build up pension savings. Your employer pays contributions too. If you pay tax, you get tax relief on your pension contributions. Your pension savings are invested to help them grow.
