How do I access my OnStar account?

Visit your GM Account and follow the instructions there. How do I find my OnStar account number? You can push your blue OnStar button, call 1.888. 4ONSTAR, or refer to your Member card or OnStar monthly diagnostics report for your OnStar account number.

Is OnStar ending in Canada?

The OnStar Hands-Free Calling feature will be discontinued in February of the 2022 calendar year, GM Authority has confirmed. As such, vehicles equipped with the OnStar Hands-Free Calling feature will no longer have the ability to make calls using the OnStar Hands-Free Calling system.

Is OnStar available in Canada?

Starting today, the company is making its services available to all Canadians no matter what vehicle they drive. The OnStar Guardian app can be downloaded by anybody for iOS and Android devices. The monthly subscription fee is $15.

How do I cancel OnStar in Canada?

If at any time you wish to cancel your OnStar service, push your blue button to speak with an Advisor or call 1.888. 4ONSTAR (1.888. 466.7827). You cannot cancel your service online.
