Why can't I log into Optus webmail?

How do I reset My Optus webmail password?
- Open the My Optus app.
- Click the menu in the top left corner.
- Click Forgot your details.
- Choose Forgot password or Forgot email depending on which details you need to recover. If you've forgotten both, start by recovering your email.
- Follow the prompts to reset your password or recover your email.
