How do I create an eVision account?
If you're a new student, start at the Qualifications page. Select the programme you would like to apply for and from that page click the Apply Now button (which is only displayed while a programme is open for applications). This takes you to the eVision login page. Select Create new account.
What is my eVision username?
Your username is your student number.
How do I setup my Otago email?
Student Email
- Log in to your StudentMail.
- Click the cog icon in the top right hand corner and select Options.
- Select Mail > Accounts > Forwarding.
- Select Start Forwarding and add your personal email address to the list.
How do I delete my eVision account?
Select the relevant programme and click the Cancel enrolment link. If you have accepted your course enrolment declaration you will need to remove papers and cancel your enrolment through the Change of Course process in eVision. Go to Programmes and papers, select the relevant programme, and click Change of course.
