How do I access my PayBright account?
You can log in to the PayBright customer portal here. Your login details are in the confirmation email PayBright sent you when you first completed your transaction. If you can't find your login details, please contact them.
How do I check my PayBright balance?
To see the remaining balance on your loan(s), sign in to your PayBright account and select the loan. You can also view your payment schedule to see how many payments you have left, and when they're due!
Does PayBright lower your credit score?
PayBright does a "soft" credit check to verify your identity, but it won't impact your score. The loan also doesn't reflect on your credit report. However, the "Pay Monthly" option requires a hard credit check from PayBright.
Does PayBright have an app?
You can use the PayBright app in-store to apply or go directly through the retailer's website (participating locations and merchants only).
How do you get approved for PayBright?
The pre-approval process for both the “Pay in 4” and “Pay Monthly” plan requires only a soft credit pull. This will not affect your credit score. A soft credit pull will also be performed if you sign up for the Pay in 4 plan. A hard credit pull is required if you sign up for Affirm Pay Monthly plan.
Is PayBright really interest free?
There may be interest and/or processing fees, depending on the retail partner. The cost of our payment plans ranges between 0% and 29.95% APR (Annual Percentage Rate). Contact the retailer directly or check their website to find out what plans are available.
Why am I not approved for PayBright?
Here are a few possible reasons: We couldn't gather sufficient credit information from the credit bureau to make a decision. Your credit information didn't allow us to provide an approval. Your existing PayBright spending limit is less than the minimum purchase amount set by the retailer.
