Access your account balance — Log in at stateoftn.payflexdirect.com to view your available balance on your account dashboard. Check your card's expiration date — Your card is valid for five years, as long as you're an active member. Before your card expires, you'll receive a new card in the mail.

How can I get money off my PayFlex card?
Click on the Financial Center. Note: If you have multiple accounts, select your Health Savings Account from the drop-down menu at the top of the page. Click on Make an HSA Withdrawal. This lets you withdraw funds from your HSA and deposit them into your linked bank account.
How do I activate my PayFlex card?
If you receive a new card with an activation label, you must activate the card before you can use it. To activate the card, call 1-877-261-9951. This is the same number you will see on the card activation label. You'll get a replacement card when your current card expires or if you report your card as lost or stolen.
