In order to change your information, you'll need to contact the database that holds your pet's chip records in its identification system. If you do not know which database the chip is registered with, you can find it out using www.check-a-chip.co.uk.

If you are the previous keeper of a pet and want to start the transfer to the new keeper, sign in to your account and select the 'Transfer Keeper' button next to the pet you wish to transfer. Enter the new keeper's email address and a contact number and click 'Transfer'.

In the meantime, we will hold a record of your details against the microchip so that the information can be used for reunification. I hope this eases your concerns but..1/2
