Why is my Philips Hue app not working?

If your Philips Hue bridge doesn't work and you can't find it with the original Philips Hue app you probably need to do a factory reset. 1- Go to your Philips Hue bridge. Don't disconnect it. 4 - After that, your bridge will have been restored to the factory settings.

How do I log into my Hue account?

Open the Hue app and navigate to the “Settings” tab. Tap on “Out of home control” at the top of the screen. Tap on “Log in or Sign in” at the bottom of the screen. After tapping continue you will see a screen where you need to press the middle (round) button on your Bridge.

Is Philips discontinuing Hue?

Since 30 April 2020, no software updates are made available for the Hue Bridge v1 mobile application and compatibility with our online services has been terminated at that time. Subsequently, the dedicated Philips Hue Bridge v1 mobile application will go out of support and be retired on 30 April 2022.
