How do I check the balance on my PRESTO card?
Log in to your My PRESTO Account and you will see your balance on the main page. Your online balance can take up to 24 hours to update after you take transit or load your card.

How do I see my card activity?
- If you have a PRESTO Account, you can see your 24-month transaction history online or your 3-month transaction history with the PRESTO App.
- Tap on a Balance Checker to see your last five transactions.
- Visit a Self-Serve Reload Machine to see your transaction history.
Does my PRESTO card balance expire?
The date on the back of the card is the date the card was manufactured. Some older cards have an expiry date, but PRESTO cards no longer expire. You may continue to use your card even after the indicated expiry date and your balance will remain on the card.
How do I register my Presto card?
You can activate your card online, or through our Chat feature, or by calling PRESTO at 1-877-378-6123 and following the automated instructions. It can take up to 24 hours to process your activation. During this time you won't be able to use your card.
