How do I get a refund from APH?
I was unable to use my booking due to unforeseen circumstances - can I get a refund? If you have a flexible booking and give at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation before the parking period commences you will be able to cancel your booking and get a refund. You can also amend your booking to an alternative date.
Can I get a refund on airport parking if my flight is Cancelled?
If you have cancellation cover, you're free to cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your arrival at no cost. So for a cancellation, you'll receive a full refund for no additional fee.
Can I use Tesco Clubcard vouchers for airport parking?
If you are travelling for business or leisure, exchange your Tesco Clubcard vouchers into APH Reward Partner codes and use them when booking your parking to guarantee a space in the airport car park*. Reward Partner codes can used as full or part payment towards standard airport parking only.
How do I cancel my APH parking?
If you need to amend or cancel your booking please use Manage My Booking ensuring you have your email address, postcode and booking reference to hand. Alternatively, you can email [email protected]. Please check all booking details on receipt of confirmation.
