Why can't I log into my PBe account?
If you have not logged in for more than six (6) months, your PBe access will be deactivated. Please contact our PBe Customer Support at 03-2179 9999 to reactivate your profile. Alternatively, you may reactivate your User ID via Reset Password / Reactivate User ID service.
How do I clear my PBe cache?
- Click on the “Menu” icon.
- Choose “Settings”
- Click on “Show advanced settings” (located at the bottom of Settings page)
- Click on “Clear browsing data” (located under privacy section)
- Tick “Empty the cache” checkbox.
- Select “the beginning of time” under the 'Obliterate the following items from'drop down menu.
How can I change my mobile number in OTP public bank?
Kindly visit any of our Public Bank branches to register your mobile phone number. *Take Note: Should there be a change in your mobile phone number, kindly update your registered mobile phone number at any Public Bank Branch.
How can I get Public Bank ID?
Submit the Director's Resolution authorising the application for PBe service. Each of the nominated corporate users and authorisers is required to complete one set of the application form. Upon complete documentation, customer will be given the User IDs and passwords for each of the users to log into PBe by the branch.
