This is my old account, Please help me with 2 factor verification, I could not use my old number already because i change my phone number 1 year ago, the 2 factor verification used to send it to my old number 639518383982 which i lost it already. It has been months that I can't open my account on remotask. Can I not just make another account so I can continue working for remotask? I am not suspended but I cant log in. I can't log in to my remotasks account anymore and It happened just now. My remotasks account was link to my FB account with an old email address of @rocketmail.com, NOTE: my updated email address in my FB is @gmail.com but the @rocketmail.com is still registered to my FB account. So when I tried to login my remotasks account, it redirects to @gmail.com account instead of @rocketmail.com. What I did was I tried removing the @gmail.com account that was link to my Fb account so that whenever I log in to my remo account it will redirect to my @rocketmail.com account. But what happened after was I encountered an Unexpected error "status_code":500,"error". Can someone from the remotasks support can assist me with my issue. I can give credentials for any verifications. Thank you!

When I signed up for an account I used the email [email protected]. I logged in and started training courses then I found that I needed to use a gmail address so I changed to [email protected]. I had already verified my phone number with the first email address so now when I try to log in it wants me to verify my phone number but I am getting a "that number is already registered". What to do to correct this?
