To access Z.E. connected services, here is the procedure to follow from a smartphone:
- Download the "MY Renault" application free of charge either from the Apple Store, or from Google Play.
- Create a MY Renault account.
- Synchronise your car by clicking on "synchronise my car".

- Tap the 'phone' widget.
- Tap 'OK' to add a new device.
- Select the device you wish to connect from the list.
- Navigate to your devices Bluetooth settings and tap 'RENAULT' from the list.

- Tap 'OK' to accept the connection of the new device.
