What is the difference between FastLane and Research gov?
Proposal Status
FastLane is updated nightly with information entered that day by NSF program and grant officials on proposals being routed through the review process. Research.gov also provides a tool to check Research.gov proposal status.
How do I submit a Research proposal to the government?
If you are in Research.gov and have not signed in, select the Prepare New or Existing Proposals link under the Prepare & Submit Proposals category on the homepage. That will direct you to the Research.gov Sign In page. After signing in, you are directed to the proposal preparation landing page.
How do you use Research gov?
Accessing the Project Report Dashboard
Go to www.research.gov. Click on Sign In, located in the upper right-hand corner of the Research.gov homepage. On the NSF Login page, enter your NSF ID and password and then click the “Sign In” button.
How do I find my NSF ID?
Look Up your NSF ID by accessing the NSF ID Lookup page. Email addresses cannot be associated with more than one NSF ID. If you forgot your password to an established NSF account, you may reset it at the forgot my password page. If you are moving to a new organization, please update your existing account information.
