How do I log into RFS activ?
Please use the same username and password that you normally use to login for your role. For example, as a volunteer, you'll use the same details you use to login to MyRFS. For staff requiring access to RFS ACTIV, you'll use your staff network login.
How does RFS Activ work?
What is RFS ACTIV? RFS ACTIV is the new NSW RFS Member Availability and Response System. RFS ACTIV will allow members to set their availability status, be notified of an incident, and appropriately respond to an incident. This application will help members see live updates of who is available and attending an incident.
How do I find my RFS number?
Just visit http://reset.myrfs.nsw. gov.au. You'll need to enter your name, brigade and volunteer/Firezone number. If you don't have this number, contact your brigade Captain, Secretary or District office.
How do I apply for RFS?
If you're not sure where the brigade is located, ask your nearest Fire Control Centre or email [email protected]. Complete the Volunteer Membership Application Form and return it to the brigade.
