How does login flow work?
After Salesforce authenticates a user, the login flow directs the user through a process, such as enforcing strong authentication or collecting user information. When users complete the login flow successfully, they're redirected to their Salesforce org or site. If unsuccessful, the flow can log out users immediately.
How do I bypass login flow in Salesforce?
Just log into the environment and download 'something' (report, apex, the flow etc) and once it's down, right click on it and hover over the force.com option and click on 'Show in Salesforce Web'. This will bypass the login flow and allow you to move about your instance as per normal and edit/deactive the flow.
